Thank you for shopping with Pro Results Rx. We aim to process and dispatch eligible orders carefully and efficiently. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may vary based on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs, and other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed before fulfilment and are generally processed during normal business days. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays may begin processing on the next available business day.

Processing time is separate from the delivery time shown by the selected shipping service.

Shipping Services and Delivery Estimates

Available delivery methods and applicable charges are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery windows begin after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier.

Processing Time needed to review, prepare, and package the order.
Transit Time required by the carrier after collecting the package.
Delivery Final delivery depends on the destination and carrier conditions.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless the selected carrier service expressly provides a guarantee.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order has been dispatched. Tracking activity may take some time to appear after the shipping label is created.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone can receive the shipment where necessary.

Shipping Addresses

Please confirm that your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country, phone number, and email address are accurate before submitting your order.

Address changes are not guaranteed once processing begins. Pro Results Rx is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return-to-sender charges, or loss caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Delayed, Missing, or Stalled Packages

Carrier delays may occur due to weather, service interruptions, peak seasons, incorrect routing, customs inspection, or local delivery conditions. A tracking status that has not updated does not always mean the package is lost.

  • Review the tracking page and delivery address.
  • Check with household members, neighbours, reception desks, or mailrooms.
  • Contact the carrier when the shipment is still within its network.
  • Contact our support team with your order number and tracking details if additional assistance is needed.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, please check the delivery area, mailroom, front desk, household members, and nearby safe locations before contacting the carrier.

Risk of theft or loss after confirmed delivery may be outside our control. Claims are reviewed individually based on the available tracking and carrier information.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect your package promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • Clear photographs of the outer package, shipping label, protective packaging, and affected item.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Do not discard the package or product until the claim has been reviewed, as the carrier or fulfilment team may require additional documentation.

International Shipping and Customs

Where international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for confirming that the ordered products may legally be imported into their destination. Customs duties, taxes, inspection fees, brokerage fees, and import charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Pro Results Rx cannot guarantee customs clearance or refund charges resulting from refusal, seizure, abandonment, or return caused by destination-country restrictions.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages may be returned because of an invalid address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, unclaimed shipment, unpaid customs charges, or carrier restrictions. Any reshipping or refund decision will be subject to inspection of the returned package and the terms of our Refund Policy.

Original shipping charges and any return or reshipping costs may be non-refundable where the return was caused by customer-provided information or failure to accept delivery.
