1. Policy Overview

Due to the nature of research products, most sales are final. Returns are only considered where permitted and when products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing or shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

3. Returns

Opened, used, altered, or improperly stored products are not eligible for return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the package and product.

5. Approved Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Pro Results Rx.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can attempt to resolve your concern quickly.
